Code of Conduct Regulations (DRAFT)

• The regulations provide guidance for each council regarding the legislated requirement to establish a Code of Conduct Bylaw.
• These regulations will clarify bylaw content to assist each council in defining and describing directed behaviours and actions of council members in carrying out their duties and upholding their responsibilities under the Municipal Government Act.
