Where is the Kinkora Area Business Centre located?
The centre is conveniently located in the central rural village of Kinkora (on Route 225) in the middle of a very productive agricultural community.
Who administers the Kinkora Area Business Centre?
The centre is owned and operated by the Kinkora and Area Business Commission.
How much space is available at the centre?
12 units available for lease
Two-level addition has both upper and lower spaces available:
Lower Level:
- Unit #1 – 1,030 square feet
- Unit #2 – 840 square feet
- Unit #3 – 974 square feet
- Unit #4 – 1,096 square feet
Upper Level:
- Unit #5 – 1,000 square feet
- Unit #6 – 850 square feet
- Unit #7 – 1,000 square feet
- Unit #8 – 1,125 square feet
What is the price of land and services at the centre?
- Land – Base price is $7/square foot, subject to change. For the installation of additional services, lease prices are negotiable.
- Service Installation:
- Water and Sewer Costs – Sewer costs are currently included as part of the lease.
- Roads – The Kinkora Area Business Commission is responsible for parking lot maintenance at the centre.
- Power – Costs of power for units located in the new two-level addition are negotiable between the client and Maritime Electric. Power costs for other units are included in the lease price.
NOTE: There are no tax rebates or incentives available to property owners at the centre.
