West Royalty Business Park

The West Royalty Business Park is a 100-acre site that is home to approximately 50 businesses and employs approximately 1,500 people in a diverse mix of manufacturing and service operations.

The site has a few select and full service business lots available, with both three phase power and fibre-optic connections. The park also includes an array of lease space, ranging in size from 1,500 to 33,000 square feet, subject to availability.

Where is the West Royalty Business Park located?

The park is located off the Trans Canada Highway at the western entrance to Charlottetown. Entry access and exits for the park are through McCarville Street and Fourth Street on the western side of the park. These streets can be accessed via Upton Road which in turn connects to the Trans Canada Highway. The former business park access road provides an additional exit route connecting to the Charlottetown by-pass highway.

  • 42 lots in total (36 are currently occupied and 6 are vacant)
  • Total occupied acreage is 68.22
  • Total vacant acreage is 7.5
