The Borden-Carleton Business Park is a 59 acre location with a focus on diversified manufacturing in light and medium industries. The well maintained park currently houses a 50,000 square foot manufacturing service centre and a 10,000 square foot small business centre with sub units available in configurations of 1,500 to 2,500 square feet.
New trucking and warehousing facilities are also available within the park. Meeting and boardroom facilities are available on-site and the park is serviced with both three phase power and fibreop connection.

The park is located in the community of Borden-Carleton. Access to the park is on the west side of Industrial Drive, off the Trans-Canada Highway running through Borden-Carleton.

- Land – Base price is $13,500/acre. Lease rates are $5/square foot
- Service Installation:
- Water and Sewer Costs – Water and sewer costs are not currently included in the price of land. The water and sewer mains will be connected to the property line but it is the responsibility of the client to connect to the existing system.
- Roads – Costs of driveway installation, parking and paving are the responsibility of the client.
- Power – Installation and cost of power is negotiable between the client and Maritime Electric.
