School Health Action Planning and Evaluation System (SHAPES)

Le contenu suivant est seulement disponible en anglais.

SHAPES is a student health behaviour survey which asks all students in grades 5-12 about their lifestyle behaviours related to healthy eating, physical activity, tobacco, alcohol, and drug use, as well as mental fitness.

SHAPES is conducted every two years and combines two surveys:

School Health Action Planning and Evaluation System (SHAPES)

Grades 5 to 12 students are asked about healthy eating, physical activity, positive mental health, and bullying.

Canadian Student Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Survey (CSTADS)

Grades 6 to 12 students are asked about tobacco, alcohol, and drug use.

SHAPES provides the survey results to schools, school boards, and the Provincial government to help guide programs and services to support student health and well-being.
