Custody and Community Supervision Order

What is a Custody and Community Supervision Order?

A Custody and Community Supervision Order is an order from the Court where the youth will serve two thirds of his/her sentence in custody and the remaining one third under supervision conditions in the community. The sentence could be to a maximum of three years.
