Cornwall Business Park

The Cornwall Business Park is a 40 acre development site with a focus on diversified manufacturing and professional services. The park currently houses manufacturing operations like fibre glass fabrication and a vinyl window plant, and offers development lots in a variety of sizes.

Where is the Cornwall Business Park located?

The park is located in the town of Cornwall. There is no paved access road leading into the park, but access is available through the entrance off the Trans-Canada Highway.

Who administers the Cornwall Business Park?

The Cornwall Business Park is managed and administered by the Cornwall Business Park Corporation, a municipally owned development company.

What is the price of land and services at the park?

  • Land – Base price is $65,000/acre. This price includes water and sewer installation at the lot, as well as a power connection. Price subject to change.
  • Service Installation:
    1. Water and Sewer Costs – Water and sewer costs are not currently included in the price of land. The water and sewer mains will be connected to the property line but it is the responsibility of the client to connect to the existing system.
    2. Roads – Costs of driveway installation, parking and paving are the responsibility of the client.
    3. Power – Installation and cost of power is negotiable between the client and Maritime Electric.

NOTE: There are no tax rebates or incentives available to property owners at the park.
