Watercourse, Wetland and Buffer Zone Activity Permits status appear when the application has been approved or denied.

Contractor Licensing Program Notification Forms status appear when the project has been registered or not registered.

You will need an activity permit if you wish to conduct work in a watercourse, wetland or 15 m buffer zone on or near your property. Unauthorized changes may result in damage to the environment, water quality, infrastructure and property. 

All permits processed after May 15th, 2024 are available online. Please reach out to the Environmental Land Management Section at 902-368-5700 or ELM@gov.pe.ca for any permits processed prior to May 15th, 2024.

Appeals to IRAC must be filed within 21 days of the decision in question. The calculation of the days included in the 21-day appeal period will be made in accordance with section 23 of the Interpretation Act. Contact IRAC to obtain confirmation of the last day of the appeal period.
